How can we help?
All of our cheese cultures come in a convenient DVS® (Direct Vat Set) or EASY-SET™ format for direct inoculation into milk. DVS® & EASY-SET™ cultures need no activation or other treatment prior to use, and they offer a number of advantages in terms of flexibility in use, consistent performance and the possibility of using customized culture blends.
