Through our ESG-related policies and positions, we set the ambition and direction of how we work with the different environmental, social and governance matters. Our work on business integrity and our Code of Conduct ensure that our employees are trained and aware of our responsibilities with environment, climate, safety, human and labor rights, bribery and other relevant topics.
The Sustainability & ESG team drives the sustainability agenda in close collaboration with other relevant functions like Global HR, Global EHS, Group Finance, Global Operations and the relevant commercial teams. And to ensure strategic alignment, prioritization and progress on sustainability targets and programs, the agenda is anchored with the Sustainability Board consisting of members from the executive management, and ESG oversight is placed with the Board of Directors and the respective committees.
