How can you raise your concern?
If you are an employee, you can raise your concern to your manager or to relevant supporting functions such as local HR, local finance manager, Legal Affairs or you can contact Head of Global Legal Compliance directly. You can also use the reporting portal Chr. Hansen Alert.
If you are external you can use Chr. Hansen Alert.
Chr. Hansen Alert is a whistleblower reporting line that enables you to report any concerns or reasonably suspected violations of applicable law or Chr. Hansen policies.
The reporting line is hosted on a secure external platform. You can remain anonymous.
What happens when you report on Chr. Hansen Alert?
The report will be recorded in the reporting platform. Chr. Hansen's whistleblower manager will assess the report and if the report is within the scope of the whistleblower regulation it will be forwarded to the Investigation Group.
You will be notified within 7 days after the report is received.
The Investigation Group will address all reported incidents and determine the appropriate actions.
Our former whistleblower hotline portal has been discontinued
Our former whistleblower hotline portal has been discontinued by Navex and therefore as of March 1, 2022 Chr. Hansen's whistleblower hotline will be moved to a new and better solution called “Chr. Hansen Alert".
Cases reported via the former whistleblower hotline will be unaffected by this change because we will make sure to transfer all data from the former platform to the new platform. However, as of March 1, 2022 we will no longer be able to communicate on the former platform. As such, if you want to follow up on or have questions related to cases previously reported via the former hotline, we kindly ask you to create a new case.
If you have any questions to the above or to the new platform, kindly reach out to the whistleblower manager.
