Terms and Conditions for Chr. Hansen Remarkable Movement 2023
Promotional activity from January 25, 2023 - April 25, 2023.
1. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age and employed within the agricultural or farming industry or students of veterinary medicine or animal nutrition. Entry is deemed acceptance of the Terms and Conditions outlined.
2. Entrants must be neither employees (or their immediate families) of any company belonging to the Chr. Hansen group, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion, nor officials or employees of governmental or other public authority bodies.
3. No purchase is necessary. Only one prize draw entry per person is allowed throughout the event. The promotional activity will begin on January 25th 09:00 CET and finish on April 25th at 23:00 CET

5. One winner will be selected on 27 April 2023 at 09:00 (CET). Only comments submitted before 23.00 (CET) on 25th April 2023 will be included in the selection. Chr. Hansen reserves the right to choose and to appoint the independent supervisor upon Chr. Hansen discretion.
6. The winner’s name will be posted on the Chr. Hansen Animal Health & Nutrition LinkedIn Showcase page feed for the duration of up to 30 days and for the confirmation they will be officially notified by DM on LinkedIn within 7 days of the selection. The winner will have 30 days (counting from 27 April 2023) to respond to the DM or contact the promoter ([email protected]) to confirm he/she accepts the prize. After that period, if no contact has been made by the winner, the winner loses his/her entitlement to get any prize or compensation for participation in this promotion, and the promoter reserves the right to choose a new winner. The entrants who have not won will not be contacted to be informed of the result.
7. The winner will receive the following prize: One (1) reMarkable-2 Notepad, including one (1) Gray Book Folio cover and one (1) Marker Plus (total value of 4770 DKK or approx. 600 EUR). The prize cannot be exchanged for cash. The prize will be shipped at the cost of promoter to the winner by registered post within 30 days of the acceptance of the prize.
8. Any tax liability arising from the Award of this prize will be the responsibility of the winner.
