求职者不仅会见到招聘经理和人力资源专业人士,而且能见到上级经理以及1或2个团队成员。

请查看以下相关描述:

  1. 在线提交申请之后,您会在24小时之内收到一封确认电邮。
  2. 受邀进行第一轮面试的申请者会和招聘经理以及未来的同事会面。
  3. 一般而言会选拔2或3个候选人进行第二轮面试,这些候选人会见到人力资源业务合伙人和招聘经理。在面试之前您可能会被要求填写在线个性评估——有些情况下——会进行额外一个有关数字、逻辑和语言技能的测试。偶尔,求职者可能会被要求准备并报告一个案例。
  4. 在给予具体的职位之前,我们会要求求职者提供前雇主或学术同行所写的推荐信,并要求查看考试试卷。

Our on-boarding program

Chr. Hansen's global on-boarding program “Come Fly with Me” helps create a smooth journey for every new employee. Through “Come Fly with Me”, new employees become part of the Chr. Hansen family fast, and get a clear understanding of the role you play in delivering on our ambitious goals. 

By making you feel appreciated, heard and seen, we want to create an early feeling of belonging and improve your 'time to success'.

Buddy and mentor to support your on-boarding
In addition to a manager and a team to support you, you will also have a dedicated buddy to accelerate your integration into Chr. Hansen the first year. For all people leaders we also provide you with a mentor, who typically comes from another business area and is from our top140. The mentor is intended to give you perspectives on leadership behavior, our unique culture and help you expand your network. 

Through the on-boarding program, everyone is guided safely to ensure a welcoming experience to the company, to the team and to the new role.
