A longstanding challenge like kettle souring, for instance, can be solved with our Harvest LB-1, a freeze-dried bacteria that not only creates a nice and fresh taste but secures the same brew each and every time.

In response to the rapid growth of the lucrative alcohol-free category, we have created a patented yeast product, NEER®, that enables direct pitching and brewing of alcohol-free beer in large fermenters--all without compromising on beverage flavor.
