A Sustainability Board chaired by President & CEO Mauricio Graber, and composed of representatives of the business divisions and key internal functions ensures that sustainability and ESG are effectively anchored in the organization.
The Sustainability Board ensures ownership, involvement and commitment from the entire business in defining, prioritizing and executing on sustainability and ESG objectives. To ensure Board stewardship, the Board of Directors has anchored oversight of sustainability and ESG matters in its Board and respective board committees. The Board meets with a frequency of three times a year.
