预防是保持尿路健康的关键

下尿路不适主要是由成年人常见的细菌感染问题引起的。妇女受到的影响尤其严重,约 50% 的妇女会在其一生中遭遇过尿路不适。大约 20-30% 的人反复出现问题。

尿路不适可能在泌尿系统的不同部位发生。最常出现健康问题的部位是膀胱和尿道。如果肾脏出现问题,可能会更严重。 

 

为了保持尿路健康, 加强对下尿路细菌性病原体的防御,可以采取以下简单的措施:

  • 多喝水
  • 避免辛辣食物、酒精、咖啡因和柑橘类食物
  • 增加维生素 C 的摄入量 
  • 饮用蔓越莓汁
  • 服用含有蔓越莓的膳食补充剂

 

有大量科学证据支持这些措施,蔓越莓等特定营养成分和尿路健康之间的关系已经得到确认。1-5
