The World Charcuterie Awards are the first truly international Awards for Charcuterie products

The World Charcuterie Awards, launched in 2022, are the first truly international awards for charcuterie products. Incorporating the British Charcuterie Live Awards, the new awards are run by the same experienced team who bring all their knowledge, experience and contacts to ensure that these awards are scrupulously fair, honest, well run and well publicized.

 

Judged by a panel of charcuterie experts, made up of butchers, buyers, chefs, retailers and food journalists from the UK and abroad, the awards offer charcuterie producers the opportunity to present their products on a world stage.

 

All producers will receive valuable feedback on their products that will contribute to their development, recognition and promotion. The number of products accepted for entry is limited in year 1, to ensure detailed judging and feedback.

 

Charcuterie producers are invited to register their interest in entering the Awards NOW in order to secure a place and to benefit from an Early Bird discount.

 

Entries go live November 28, 2022 and close January 30, 2023 at midnight with judging taking place from March 15-17, 2023 in London.
