As an employee of Chr. Hansen, you have a responsibility to speak up when you see or hear of a violation of Chr. Hansen policies or the law. We also encourage third parties to report concerns through Chr. Hansen Alert.

How can you raise your concern?

If you are an employee, you can raise your concern to your manager or to relevant supporting functions such as local HR, local finance manager, Legal Affairs or you can contact Head of Global Legal Compliance directly. You can also use the reporting portal Chr. Hansen Alert. 

If you are external you can use Chr. Hansen Alert. 

Chr. Hansen Alert is a whistleblower reporting line that enables you to report any concerns or reasonably suspected violations of applicable law or Chr. Hansen policies.

The reporting line is hosted on a secure external platform. You can remain anonymous. 

 

 

What happens when you report on Chr. Hansen Alert?

The report will be recorded in the reporting platform. Chr. Hansen's whistleblower manager will assess the report and if the report is within the scope of the whistleblower regulation it will be forwarded to the Investigation Group. 

You will be notified within seven days after the report is received. 

The Investigation Group will address all reported incidents and determine the appropriate actions.
