In addition we work structured with succession planning across all levels and geographies. This includes having management perform an annual review of the organization to make sure that employee potential is identified and followed up with action plans.
We conduct a bi-annual Employee Satisfaction Survey to assess satisfaction with managers at all levels, and we are proud that our managers year after year are rated best in class.
