At Chr. Hansen we strive for excellence in science. We strongly protect the innovative work of our scientists to honor their dedication and offer our customers exclusive opportunities in the market. For our work on human milk oligosaccharides (HMOs) we have over 200 granted patents and several hundreds more in current application processes.
Our team is particularly proud of being one of the first to achieve commercialization of HMOs and bring this innovation to market. Ensuring not only qualitative production but also cost efficiency for our customers has since been in our focus. Here we own several patents our the production process that safeguard this technology.
