F19® is the 'flagship' probiotic strain of leading Scandinavian dairy company Arla Foods. The strain has been used in the best selling probiotic yoghurt in Scandinavia, Cultura, for more than 15 years.
In 2008 Chr. Hansen entered into an exclusive license agreement with Arla Foods to produce and sell Lactobacillus F19® in Europe (non-food) and the rest of the world (all products).
