Product grade

The highest possible level of quality control will not always be the best for you to choose for your product. Our qualified and dedicated R&D department will therefore work with you, in defining your needs.

Three product grades

At Chr. Hansen we offer three quality control (QC) programs to match our three product levels:

  • Dietary supplement grade
  • Pharma grade
  • Infant grade

This means that you will get QC analyses that are an exact fit with your probiotic product(s) and wishes.

GMP Production

Chr. Hansen is the world's largest supplier of lactic acid bacteria for food and dietary supplements. Producing in accordance with GMP standards and ISO 9001:2002 and 22000:2005 certifications, we continuously expand our facilities and update our technologies.
