Blends

To support customer needs, Chr. Hansen offers blends of most natural food colors. By mixing yellows with reds, oranges, greens and browns we are able to tailor-make exactly the shade that our customers require for their products.

Our blends are based on an in-depth understanding of pigment chemistry together with a solid knowledge of how to stabilize blends of non-compatible colors in a one-carrier system. They can be either oil or water-soluble and can contain mixtures of pigments.
