Chr. Hansen set the standard in rennet over 128 years ago, and still sets the standard today. Literally.
The materials for IDF/ISO REMCAT analysis are for instance the chymosin and pepsin standards that are used to calibrate the analysis of virtually all coagulant manufacturers and some coagulant users. Test results from these standards are checked during so-called ring tests between the different manufacturers. This way, we help our customers with transparency in the market, as coagulants can be compared based on their specifications.
The materials for IDF/ISO REMCAT analysis can be used in combination with the test methods described by the International Dairy Federation (IDF) and the International Organization of Standardization (ISO).
