Some of our biggest news in the fast and very phage-strong pasta Filata culture system.We have put the newest biotechnological science to work in these new cultures and they have already shown impressive test results. We also offer more products with clinical documentation of their health benefits which gives the producer better opportunities to promote the beneficial health effect of probiotic dairy products.
