Forage management

There are multiple variables that may adversely impact the output, including weather conditions, low sugar concentrations and low numbers of naturally-occurring lactic acid bacteria in the crop that are less efficient in converting sugars to lactic acid compared with the Chr. Hansen inoculants.
Therefore, good forage management is critical to controlling the silage inoculation process and producing nutrient rich high-quality forage.

Speed and efficiency

Our silage inoculants contain specifically selected strains of naturally occurring lactic acid bacteria that rapidly and efficiently preserve the nutrients in silage.
