Dr. Gregor Reid
Dr. Gregor Reid, Ph. D. is a renowned probiotic researcher and the world's leading expert in using clinically-documented probiotics to address women's health concerns.
20 years of research and documentation
Dr. Gregor Reid, along with his colleague at UREX Biotech, Dr. Andrew Bruce, have been investigating the use of probiotic bacteria to address women's health issues for over twenty years.
Their discovery of two Lactobacillus strains, specifically L. rhamnosus, GR-1® and L. reuteri, RC-14® back in the eighties, has led to over 20 published clinical trials and over 200 peer-reviewed publications that have documented the various beneficial effects of these two probiotic strains when taken as an oral dietary supplement.
We would like to express our gratitude for all the scientific work Dr. Reid and his colleague Dr. Andrew Bruce have carried out over the past 20 years, and the fruitful cooperation we have with them today.

Dr. Gregor Reid is the Director of the Canadian Research and Development Centre for Probiotics and Professor of Microbiology & Immunology, and Surgery at the University of Western Ontario. He is also currently serving as the President of the International Scientific Association for Probiotics and Prebiotics.
Health Benefits
The health benefits of the two probiotic strains include improved vaginal health, as well as restoration of a normal vaginal microflora profile in women who are experiencing bacterial vaginosis.
