Bio-Kefir

A Kefir product with a milder taste and longer shelf life, often known as Bio-Kefir, has entered the Eastern European market and is doing very well. It contains probiotic bacteria.

Traditional Eastern European

Kefir is a very traditional Eastern European fermented dairy product made with yeast. It is an integral part of the diet not least in Russia and the Ukraine.

Health promoting qualities

Kefir in itself is known for its health promoting qualities, but newly developed culture solutions that include probiotic bacteria make it is possible to make a Kefir with a milder taste and longer shelf life. This kind of product, often known as Bio-Kefir, is doing very well in Eastern Europe.
