Improved Forage Digestibility
Research has demonstrated that Precise effectively maximizes nutrient utilization.
Both pre and post partum DM increased and ruminal digestibility improved when Precise was fed with either corn silage or haylage diets. The treated cows produced 2.3 kg more milk/cow/d than nonsupplemented cows. The higher rumen pH stimulates fiber-digesting bacteria thereby increasing forage digestibility.
