The Nantwich International Cheese Show celebrated its Centenary in 1997 and has continued to go from strength to strength. It saw its origins as a Cheese Show within the town of Nantwich and is now staged at Dorfold Hall Park, a beautiful parkland setting situated on the edge of the historical market town of Nantwich. 

Chr. Hansen has been an exhibitor at Nantwich for many years and is also proud to sponsor the Double Gloucester Block Class at this years show.  The estimated 33,000 visitors will be able to taste and buy the very finest cheeses from all four corners of the world, and with a new record number of competitive entries of 2,250 from some 24 countries in 2007, this firmly established the event as The Greatest Cheese Show in the World.

New innovations for cheese

As a global market leader for dairy enzymes and cultures, Chr. Hansen is committed to continued research and development.  Members of the UK and Ireland sales and technical team will be on-hand at the show to talk to customers and demonstrate taste and texture solutions for all types of cheese.
