Small-scale technical tests

We invite our customers to use the application center in Parma for small-scale technical tests and for organizing meetings and seminars.

The pilot plant is equipped to produce the following products:

  • Fresh and cured, uncooked meat products (sausages, salami)
  • Cooked and emulsified meat products (ham, mortadella, frankfurters, pâtés, etc.)
  • Cured meat products (coppa, pancetta, salami, etc.) 
  • Pasta, battered and breadcrumbed products
