Small-scale technical tests
We invite our customers to use the application center in Parma for small-scale technical tests and for organizing meetings and seminars.
The pilot plant is equipped to produce the following products:
- Fresh and cured, uncooked meat products (sausages, salami)
- Cooked and emulsified meat products (ham, mortadella, frankfurters, pâtés, etc.)
- Cured meat products (coppa, pancetta, salami, etc.)
- Pasta, battered and breadcrumbed products
