Chr. Hansen Peru produces colors, mostly those derived from Cochineals (Carmine and Carminic Acid products). We also warehouse cultures, enzymes, colors and flavors which can be bought directly from the office.
Chr. Hansen's office in Lima, Peru was established in 2003. We provide sales, supplying products for the Dairy, Meat & Prepared foods and Food & Beverages industries.
