My Job
In both the QA and regional technical roles, I work closely with a very diverse group of regional and international people. I am the point of contact in Australia when international affiliates require correct answers to questions relating to Food Regulations, Regulatory Affairs, information for technical applications and the nutritional allergen status of Chr. Hansen products throughout the region.
My Responsibilities
As QA Manager and Technical Services Manager, I see it as my responsibility to draw out the skills and talents of the people who report to me and develop them to their fullest potential.
I am very impressed with the cooperation and excellent interaction especially considering the geographical dimension of my job. I am always inspired after attending seminars in Denmark where I have met and formed a network for knowledge sharing - I know who to contact when a situation arises.
My Motivation
I am motivated by the strong leaders of our company, who are focused on giving every employee direction and opportunities for personal and professional development.
